About This Event

“It is only in peace that a human being can flower in goodness - not in war, not in violence, not in disorder, but only when there is a deep abiding peace.” - J. Krishnamurti

INTRODUCTION
As human beings we all wish to live life with peace, happiness and love. But when we are living unconsciously driven by our past stories, life becomes heavy, monotonous and a field of suffering for oneself and people around us. Stepping out of this conditioned field of the past is essential to discover the true freedom, love and the essence of life. This weekend retreat offers a deep learning about oneself through compassionate non-judgmental self-inquiry and deep awareness which can be a basis for inner peace and transformation. The program will include Inspiring live introductory talks, meditative dialogues and self-inquiry sessions. Questions and answers. Exercises in small groups and pairs, one-to-one sessions and meditations. The primary intention is that our entire session becomes a meditative process so that we can open up our hearts and minds to a new dimension of living.
