Are there any aspects of Krishnamurti's teaching that you find implausible or difficult to accept?

When there is a clear perception all his teachings ring true. On realizing his teachings in daily life I'm frequently at a loss but this is something I clarify with each day.

Do you think Krishnamurti was exceptional, or is the transformation he spoke of universally accessible?

What K points to is universal. It is unwise go into the fallacy of making K an exceptional human being, though he may have been remarkable in many aspects.

One always has to be the first and last judge. I find just about everything K has said to be accurate in the world around me.

Do you ever feel that you have been conditioned by Krishnamurti's teachings?

One is inevitably conditioned by anything one comes into contact with. So the important thing is to recognize this and see if one can go beyond.

Do you think it is possible to make Krishnamurti more "practicable" than what he himself seems to have allowed for?

Not sure what the question means. The main point of the teachings is to be in contact with life closely.

Do you think it advisable to introduce Krishnamurti to people you know? Have you ever done it and if yes, what are your experiences?

I have done so, but only in the spirit of friendly sharing and never as imposition or effort to indoctrinate. Most people I've introduced them to have been quite struck by their clarity and the nature of the claims.
