President Obama has spoken at the Security Coucil Meeting of the UN and proposed the elimination & eradication of the nuclear weapons. It was Rajaji(C.Rajagopalachari, the former first Indian Governor general of India) who mooted this , many decades ago, to the then President JohnF.Kennedy. We hope it will be possible to do away with dealdly nuclear weapons from this Earth.

President Obama and his wife are in Copenhagen,Denmark, pitching for the vote at IOC(International Olympic Committe) in favour of his city in USA, CHICAGO! Huge money and time spent here in little Denmark for his safety&security for a few hours.Lot of hullabaloo here in DK....while in Malawi, a million African children without parents(parents perished underHIV) wandering the streets in hopelessness. Why not host the Olympics there?These children would get jobs....A fraction of the money spent on the Presidential extravaganza would feed millions in Africa...

Hello Personally Ive always found politics very dull, its painful the lack of simplicity,directness in concern and real affection and genuine care.The language of the politicians id devoid of these neccessary qualities and lacks finess,eloquence beauty ..And from a very young age one finds it impossible to indulge in any serious intercourse regarding fragmentary discourse such as that of the politicians . Obviously theres only self interest and theyre only concern is that. Radical change cannot come about whilst riding the Tiger....whilst shooting at eachother? K always said ;'only fools advise'? i dont trust this infomation of his advise to Gandi...was he really giving advise . or.he was just pointing something out. Its dangerous to take small quotes and introduce them in a different context? How can you sustain this conversations they become so tedious..What are we asking in this dialogue for example,with respect? Are we interested in ourselves,our own voice,opinion,the sounds we make? Wheres it all going,whats the point?It seems like idle chatter whist THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE?

Yes Rick, it is the problem world wide. It is time these public figures took at least one lesson on K. I don't think any public figure other than Late Mrs Indira Gandhi, gave some credence to the teachings of K. Can hundreds of peace prizes help mankind with with one K's mind ? Until the truth is opened from its package and laid bare, it can't set any one free.

When I met a well known and highly awarded personality recently in a book exhibition, I asked him how he thought of K. He simply answered K was undoubtedly a great man, but then he had come there to see how his own books were going !!!
