About This Event

"We are concerned with our daily existence which is our relationship with another, which creates society.  In going into this problem, there are three important things: the art of listening the art of seeing and the art of learning.  The word "art" means to put things in their right place; to put every action, every thought, every feeling, all our miseries in their right place.  So, there is the art of seeing, the art of listening and the art of learning..."
- J. Krishnamurti in India 1974-75

Introduction: In this one day online intensive Zoom workshop, we are going to explore these three great arts: the art of seeing, the art of listening and the art of learning. This workshop is open for all, both for beginners as well as for long-time seekers/explorers. The deeper intention of this workshop is to provide a meditative, learning and friendly space to look at our lives afresh in the light of these teachings and to allow our minds and hearts to deeply rest, rejuvenate and open up for the unknown…

Facilitator: Mukesh has been exploring the fundamental questions of life and the timeless insights of J. Krishnamurti for two and a half decades. He regularly facilitates self-inquiry based retreats, workshops, talks and dialogues around the world as a friend with the spirit of learning together what does it mean to be a conscious, compassionate and responsible human being in these critical times. He sees that a deep non-authoritarian meditative process of self-inquiry, based on love, listening and looking from a silent state of mind and heart, is essential to establish peace, harmony and compassion in one’s daily existence and society.

Program: This immersion workshop will consist of following sessions: Introductory Talks, Meditative Dialogues and Self-inquiry Sessions, Interaction Sessions, Small Group Inquiry and Silent Sittings. There will be one hour break in between.

Schedule of the workshop:
Central European Time (CET): 9.30 AM - 3.00 PM
(Indian Standard Time (IST): 2 PM - 7.30 PM)
