About This Event

In this online weekend retreat, through Zoom, we are going to explore as friends and co-travellers some of the fundamental questions of our day to day life in a relaxed, meditative and affectionate atmosphere: Can the mind be ever peaceful and quiet? Can the mind learn to have a deep rest and leisure? Can we live together in peace without conflict? Is there a creative way of living with lightness, freedom and joy in the heart? Is there a possibility of flowering of love, kindness and compassion in our daily life?

Program: This two-day immersion workshop will consist of following sessions: Introductory Talks, Meditative Dialogue and Self-inquiry Sessions, Interaction/Question-Answer Sessions, Small Group Inquiry Sessions and Silent Sittings. There will be small breaks in between.

Schedule of the workshop in Central European Time Zone on Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM

Mukesh Gupta from Varanasi, India is going to facilitate this weekend immersion. He is an international speaker and regularly facilitates self-inquiry based retreats, workshops and dialogues inspired by the teachings of J. Krishnamurti. He sees that a deep non-authoritarian meditative process of self-inquiry, based on love, listening and looking from a quiet mind and heart, is essential to establish peace and harmony in one’s daily existence and society.
