Our consciousness functions in a fragmentary manner: our mind says one thing, our heart another, sensations yet a third, and imagination goes to work. We live within the circuit of thought. Within this movement, rivalries, contradictions and conflicts are inevitable. Is there another way of seeing and being in which the heart and mind are not divided, where body, mind and heart, in harmony, bring about a mutation which is of the whole, by the whole?
