Reading.

I read his books but not continually. I don't think that would be good. I need long periods of not reading K, to just see what happens in my life, learn, watch my reactions etc, talk things over with others (not necessarily mentioning the K word, the people I talk to might never have heard of him), read other authors, etc.

All of the above. Mainly self-dialogue.

DVDs, VHS, books, conversations, are very helpful. Of course, the Understanding is not K's teachings; he did not invent them or own them.

By paying attention.

I do not follow any system or methodology and do not follow even K. There are books and dvd's at home; both my sons went to a K-school; my wife is a great K-fan: so, things happen in their own way.

Just listen, just look without choice or demand. Every person and every event is one's teacher.

All of the above. With a special emphasis on studying biographies of him. And many others also.

At first I read many of the books of his dialogues, for several years, some of them many times. My favorite one being, "Freedom From The Known". Now I read only occasionally.
I enjoy having dialogue with others in person most of all, and
Forum dialogue as well. I am 'exploring' on a moment to moment basis with my attentiveness in realtionship as the primary activity relating, as one might say,to 'K's "teachings" ', if one wants to call them that. I have seen only one DVD.

For me in my youth I had the privilege of meeting K and at that time there was a transmission of energy I can still recall. I still can only take small doses of his DVD's or his writings as there is no doubt to me those words have a germinating effect in the deeper psyche. I personally believe those teachings are many generations away from the magnitude of what they contain being comprehended by the human zeitgeist. I also believe he was fully aware of this. You can see some urgency and in his last years as our questions and ouor comprehensions fell so far short of the Truth he was trying to reveal to humanity, but alas we as humanity are where we are. I would only recommend one not waste any of one's time trying to argue for or against any of it for until we discover it for ourselves we are doomed to take someone else's word for what it might be.

DIALOGUES ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT WAYS TO GO DEEPER INTO THESE INVALUABLE TEACHINGS. I DON'T THINK THERE IS A BETTER SUBSTITUTE.

Mainly reading. K' books, and some books about him. I like his biographies. Sometimes I watch videos, too. And I examine my own experiences in light of what I read. //

Principalmente leyendo. Libros de K y algunos acerca de él. Me gustan sus biografías. A veces veo videos también. Y examino mis propias experiencias a la luz de lo que leo.
