Not conditioned, but rather 'de-conditioned' :-)

Yes, for quite a long time I had been conditioned by K's teachings but I have no regrets as eventually I have evolved and I am still evolving.

One of the first things which triggered me was his repeatedly suggestion:
" don't accept what the speaker is saying but find out for yourself ".
In doing so the mind keeps on trying to find out if what has been said is truth or not.
And that prefents any conclusion or conditioning. In itself you can call this a conditoning but it doesn't feel as such because your mind keep on probing and stay open for whatever comes in your live.

To some extent. One has to be watchful of this all the time and not form an opinion about it.

more than conditioned by his teachings i feel i have been awoken to the conditioning upon me. The teachings are of little importance in comparison to the essence of what the teachings are about. The essence of these teachings have not conditioned me but done something much more profound, of which I cannot explain.

Yes, I think that this can happen. contrary to his own stated wishes, his dialogues can be magnetic and as such one can easily and I have fallen into the mental trap of 'following' and even perhaps mimicry.

It is good to question and look, and make sure one is not. However, his teachings are pretty free from conditioning.

no, but I have been aware for decades of being conditioned by my family and environment and really wanted to be free of that.

One is inevitably conditioned by anything one comes into contact with. So the important thing is to recognize this and see if one can go beyond.

Yes, probably my fault for being rigid and dogmatic about my understanding of them. I think one needs a breather once in a while, though for someone who's truly seen what the man was talking about, one seems inevitably to go back. Nothing else will satisfy.

Neither Dr. Perera nor his colleagues wanted to pursue this dangerously explicit dialogue. Some were now showing nervousness.
