Like a spider, spitting saliva and weaving its web, ones thoughts make the WEB OF MIND. Fear, desire, jealousy, pain, pleasure and all other emotions are carried by the network of thoughts.Thoughts become energized by those emotions.EXPERIENCE is based on emotions, like the electric current flowing when switched ON.
To be SILENT, without the movement of thoughts is ATTENTION.(Don`t let the electricity flow)-
BEING comes within, without the spilling of energy externally(by thinking). Our thoughts are responsible for our
perceptual realities which in turn appear only in "parts", and they are unconnected, incoherent in logic.Accumulated thought is memory that clouds human relationships, interactions beteen induviduals as well as collectively among Nations. We ought to drop thoght-accumulaed-memory-based- interactions, and start with freshness of approach to human problems.

Being aware is not about following any set of beliefs. Living is sufficient... to do so in accordance to a set of concepts is contradiction.
