Live in the present.Face what is.Understand acquisitiveness, accumulation,mind's craving for safety which leads to all this . Learn to keep the mind effortlessly free of thoughts.This meditation may bring insights.

Do you think it advisable to introduce Krishnamurti to people you know? Have you ever done it and if yes, what are your experiences?

As I said earlier JK's ideas are revolutionary and difficult to present. It is perhaps easier to start with
young students in colleges who have an open, formative mind.My experience is people do not easily understand the core of his teachings and tend to be dismissive.Though perhaps over a period of time my talsk or conversations with my friends/relations may have a subconscious impact and provoke further enquiry

Only in casual talks/conversations keeping in view my age and other limitations
