THE KING JAMES VERSION OF THE NEW TESTAMENT:

The King James version of the New Testament was completed in 1611 by 8 members of the Church of England.

There were (and still are) no original texts to translate. The oldest manuscripts we have were written down hundreds of years after the last apostle died. There are over 8,000 of these old manuscripts, with no two alike.

If you don't know I doubt if anything I'm going to say will help you or change anything. Especially if you have already made up your mind, already formed an opinion.

Someone on this forum recently asked, "Has anyone read Krishnamurti?" Maybe a more pertinent question would be "Has anyone actually stopped reading K and actually looked at their life as it is unfolding? Rhetorical question.

Can we be aware of our thoughts, deeply aware, without recording them and reacting to them?
